Maybe you don’t want to lose a a substantial amount of weight (maybe you do) but one thing is for sure, *feeling* lighter gives us the ability to move easier, play longer, and feel more confident.
Plus, we know the simplest and easiest way to slim down is to cook at home. But when the sun is shining through your Sunday curtains, your favourite books already packed in your beach bag, and those plans with your girlfriends are already made, it’s really tough to want to cook today for Monday.
But you really can fit it all in. You deserve to run around outside and soak up those weekend hours, but you also deserve self care. Self care in the form of eating your veggies and eating enough protein to (at least) sustain your muscles, bone density, strong hair and nails, and a boosted metabolism to name a few reasons.
